A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomic (ENSA) of Dijon in 1991, Nicolas Gueusquin completed his training with an MBA at the Ecole Supérieure de Reims in 1992. With his first professional experience which took him to Paris where he works 9 months for the National Union of Agricultural Supply Cooperatives (UNCAA). He changed course from 1993 to 1994 by joining Banque Populaire Lorraine Champagne to take care of financing in viticulture.
  
Attracted by the total control of the Champagne industry, from production to sale of the bottle, he decided to found his company "Les Roches Blanches" in 1994 in Dizy. It is in this tourist village, along the Marne, then now in Oiry, at the entrance to the Côte des Blancs, that he chooses to produce his different vintages, today numbering 6, under his own brand.
