- "Based in Aÿ, the Lallier champagne house celebrated its centenary in 2006. But the cultivation of grapes in Aÿ probably dates back to the Gallo-Roman era since vestiges dating from 344 AD have been found on site.
- The Lalliers managed the eponymous Champagne house for five generations until René-James Lallier sold his business to Francis Tribaut in 2004. The two men had worked together since 1996 to develop the house.
- Under the leadership of Francis Tribaut, Lallier specializes in great wines. The Brut Grande Réserve is the house's signature cuvée, but it is also known for its brut blanc de blanc champagnes and its zero dosage cuvée.
- The nose reveals superb aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, as well as some citrus notes.
- In the mouth, the attack is clean and precise, its freshness then mixes with delicious notes of wild strawberry."
