- "The Deutz Champagne House was founded in 1838 in Aÿ (former French commune located in the Marne department in the Grand Est region) by two Prussians, including William Deutz. One worked as a wine merchant and the other sold champagne. The two founders took care of bottling, disgorging, dosing and labeling, even before they owned their own champagne and vines. Throughout the 20th century, the heirs of the founders gradually drew the contours of the vineyard by purchasing plots in the best terroirs of Champagne. Today, Maison Deutz is the property of the famous Roederer family.
- The specificity of this Rosé as well as its style and its color is obtained by the contribution of red wine from a plot of old vines on the Côte d'Aÿ, and from a plot called "Meurtet", both benefiting from 'an excellent exhibition.
- On the nose, the bouquet of this champagne opens with an intense and delicious fruitiness of redcurrant, blackberry, cherry and pomegranate, revealing a racy and frank wine.
- On the palate, scents of freshly picked raspberries and strawberries enrich the bouquet, accompanied by pleasant tangy touches."
