- "Maison Bruno Paillard is a young independent House (created in 1981 in Reims), born from the desire of its founder to create a wine very different from the others, combining elegance with complexity.
- The vineyard extends over approximately 25 hectares, including 12 in Grands Crus. This vineyard now provides more than half of the House's supplies.
- The Bruno Paillard style is made up of strong commitments: sustainable and expressive viticulture, high quality standards, with only the first presses, and an aging period 2 to 4 times longer than the minimum required by the appellation. The House only produces extra bruts in order to respect the original purity of the wines.
- A hymn to the lively delicacy of well-surrounded Pinot Noirs, the Rosé Première Cuvée takes its name from the only first press that composes it.
- A long aging in the cellar takes place, from 2 to 4 years on lees followed by a minimum of 5 months after disgorging. The dosage is Extra-Brut (less than 6g/L), a very pure wine.
- The first aromas are very redcurrant, slightly acidic red fruits, evolving with aeration towards morello cherry, wild strawberry and violet. A touch of lemon reveals the discreet presence of Chardonnay. As it ages, the aromas evolve towards black fruits such as black cherry, blackberry, fig.
- Lively attack, which is sometimes surprising for a Rosé. But even more surprising is its chalky minerality. It offers a sensation of ripe red fruit captured in all its freshness, confirming the olfactory impression.
- Fresh and refined finish, very elegant, quite long in the mouth without any heaviness, airy."
