- "Château Thuerry, a wine estate in Provence, located at the entrance to the Haut-Var-Verdon Regional Natural Park, is above all the story of a land and men who have crossed the ages. This majestic country house whose origins date back to the Templars, 12th century, is nestled in the heart of an exceptional terroir, protected from the winds.
- The Côtes de Provence appellation is vast, covering 20,000 hectares in 84 communes in the departments of Var, Bouches du Rhône and Alpes Maritimes. The area extends from limestone Provence in the West and North, to crystalline Provence in the South and East. As a result of the extent and variety of the terroir: there are several types of Côtes de Provence, each with its own geological and climatic personality. Thus, the appellation offers a wide and rich palette of colors, between expressive and clear Rosé wines, fruity and dark Red wines, to the brilliant white wines with floral aromas.
- The wines are vinified and aged in the cellar considered one of the most beautiful in the world.
- Mechanical and sorted harvest.
- Vinification: Bleeding wine, cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation at low temperature.
- Aged on lees for 4 months before bottling.
- A rosé on freshness and fruit: ideal for an aperitif, to awaken your taste buds, and for your moments of conviviality."
