Patrick Caternet, from 1996, restored its luster and converted it to organic farming before passing it on to his daughter Pauline in 2002. In 2016, the management of the property was entrusted to the Bunan family, winegrowers in Bandol.
  
The Cuvée Hautes Terres is born from our oldest vines planted on the slopes of the estate, all in delicacy and roundness. This cuvée represents an intimate number of bottles, sold mostly directly at the estate.
  
The Hautes Terres Whites are aged on lees in new oak barrels, they play on notes of citrus and toast to accompany a chicken with morels."
