"Château La Voulte-Gasparets is located in the heart of the Corbières appellation, in Languedoc. Château La Voulte-Gasparets is now in the hands of the Reverdy family and run by Patrick and his son Laurent, who proudly showcase the Carignan grape variety (whose vineyard boasts some of the oldest vines). The estate benefits from expertise and cultivation methods that elevate the wines to the pinnacle of the appellation.
  
Hand-harvested.
  
Vinification: Carbonic maceration for 12 days (all grape varieties).
  
Aged in vats, then 6 months in oak barrels (1, 2, 3, and 4 wines).
  
This bouquet of black fruits and garrigue permeates the nose, with hints of cherry brandy, blackcurrant, blackberry, and prune.
  
The full palate reveals beautiful maturity with a finish marked by spices."
