The creation in 2005 of Clarence Dillon Wines, which has now become one of the most important Bordeaux wine merchants and of "Clarendelle, Inspired by Haut-Brion", the first high-end Bordeaux wine brand, illustrates the visionary and pioneering nature of the company.
  
The wines are kept in the cellar for several years and are only sold when they are apogee.

Amberwine 2015 is made from raisined and botrytized grapes, entirely from organic farming.
  
The nose is complex, intense, with notes of candied fruit and citron.
  
The palate is ample and sweet, with an excellent balance between sugar and acidity.
