Château du Levant is the second wine of Château Liot, an excellent property in Barsac, a privileged place conducive to the production of great sweet wines. This property has belonged to the David family for several generations. Located on the clay-limestone plateau of Haut Barsac, near Château Climens, the vineyard takes full advantage of the microclimate characteristic of the Sauternes region. It is managed using sustainable agriculture.
  
The nose is rich and reveals intense aromas of dried fruits and ripe yellow fruits (almond and apricot) that harmonize perfectly with the more subtle touches of honey.
  
Balanced and structured, this Sauternes is dominated by notes of exotic fruits on the palate and offers us a lively and fruity finish."
