"Château Bouteilley has belonged to the Guillot family since 1617, this estate is located in the commune of Yrac, 13 kilometers from Bordeaux.
  
The vinification begins with a total destemming and then a fermentation and long maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Thanks to an invention by Mr Jean Guillot, the cap of marc is always submerged and is lifted every day.
  
This aging in stainless steel vats lasts at least 18 months. Bottled at the estate, this wine has a great future ahead of it.
  
Complex nose, notes of candied fruits and vanilla.
  
Palate full of roundness and suppleness.
  
Very well balanced with a long finish."
