- "Around 1889, Emile Bodin decided to become a winemaker in Cassis and created the Clos Val Bruyère vineyard. Nearly a hundred years later, Sophie Cerciello and her parents inherited it and made the big decision to change their lives to exploit these few hectares of vines and thus revive the estate of their ancestor. The same year, they acquired Château Barbanau, located in the far west of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, with its abandoned cellar and its production , then sold to the cooperative. Since 1998, Sophie has managed this estate between sky and sea, between Côtes-de-Provence and Cassis with her husband Didier Simonini. Driven by their common passion for nature and living things, they have been able to mark the 30 ha of the domain of their personality and support them towards organic and biodynamic viticulture.
- This Côtes de Provence is made from vines located at an altitude of 360 meters, on a clay-limestone terroir overlooking the sea. These are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics and organic farming.
- Only Cinsault and Grenache undergo skin maceration before aging in vats for 12 months. No inputs of animal origin were used in the production of this wine.
- Nose : Small fruits, white flowers, peach skin, pink grapefruit.
- Mouth : Freshness, white fruits, good length."
