"Located in the heart of Jurançon in the commune of Monein, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic, the Cauhapé vineyard extends over 54 hectares with generous south-east exposure. The first vines were planted in 1558.
  
The management of the vines is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. Preserving nature and respecting the terroir are our priorities.
  
Manual harvests harvested in small crates at the beginning of September. Fermentation and aging for 5 months on total lees.
  
With a very beautiful intensity, the nose reveals beautiful aromas of white-fleshed fruits and beautiful notes of citrus and spices.
  
On the palate, the round and supple attack develops a magnificent palette of fruity and exotic flavors."
