The origins of the name St. Patrice date back to the 18th century, under Jean De Power, ambassador of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines in Ireland. The plots of Domaine St. Patrice, and more specifically its Clos, have been shaped by the passage of time and produce exceptional wines.
  
Around 40% of the grapes are harvested whole, depending on the grape variety.
  
Aged for 14 months in concrete vats and French oak foudres."
