- "Maison Louis Latour, a merchant-producer of white and red wines in Burgundy, France, was founded in 1797. It prides itself on remaining independent and family-owned. Each generation has worked to preserve this heritage with a visionary and ambitious spirit. Maison Louis Latour represents the largest Grands Cru estate in Côte-d'Or.
- The origins of Maison Latour in Burgundy date back to 1797. The Latour family, traditionally a family of coopers, were winegrowers in Aloxe-Corton in the 17th century and subsequently built up a 50-hectare estate. In the village of Aloxe-Corton, the family also owned the Château Corton Grancey and the winery. Dating from 1834, this winery was at the time the only building of its type constructed for winemaking purposes.
- Brouilly, a Beaujolais Cru, is made from grapes grown on ideally situated hills. South-facing, with soils composed of pink granite and schist. This exposure allows the Gamay to capture the sun's warmest rays and reach maximum ripeness. Once hand-harvested, the intact grapes are fermented in open vats, undergoing 100% malolactic fermentation.
- Hand-harvested.
- Aged for 10 to 12 months.
- Its nose offers aromas of red fruits.
- The palate is round and fresh, with notes of cherry and a floral touch."
