- Since the 1950s, Agnès Paquet's family has owned a plot of vines in Auxey-Duresses which they rent to winegrowers. When her parents decided to sell it in 2000, Agnès Paquet began to become a winemaker in order to preserve this family heritage. After studying business, she followed training in oenology and viticulture then began to learn the trade by practicing. She then acquired new plots and produced her own wine. The first vintage was marketed in 2001
