"Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour is an independent, family-owned négociant-éleveur of white and red Burgundy wines. Each generation has worked to preserve this heritage with vision and ambition. Today, Louis Latour owns the largest Grand Cru holdings in the Côte-d’Or.
 
 
The “Cuvée Latour” Burgundy Red is made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from lesser-known areas in southern Côte-d’Or as well as small plots in Dantenay and Auxey-Duresses. Grapes are hand-harvested to ensure careful selection of the ripest, healthiest clusters. After fermentation in tanks, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for up to 12 months.

Palate : Broad and generous, with notes of blackcurrant, Morello cherry, and a touch of licorice.
