"Maison Louis Latour, merchant-breeder of white and red wines in Burgundy, France, was created in 1797. It makes a point of remaining independent and family-run. The White Burgundy "Cuvée Latour" is made from Chardonnay from Côte d'Or, more precisely from the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as a selection of the best Chardonnays from the Côte Chalonnaise.
  
 Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, controlled temperature, 100% malolactic.
  
 Aging for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats.
