Founded in the early 20th century, Domaine Larue is located in the heart of Saint-Aubin, an appellation renowned for the distinct character of its white and red wines. Denis and Didier Larue work alongside their sons, Bruno and Vivien. The younger generation continues to learn from experienced winemakers while bringing fresh perspectives to vineyard and cellar practices.
 
 
After careful maturity monitoring, the grapes are hand-harvested and brought to the winery in small bins. The harvest is lightly crushed.
 
 
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on fine lees.
