"Bomont de Cormeil is an Estate located near the Provencal village of Fox Amphoux where it benefits from exposure and cultivation conditions very favourable to this single-varietal: Viognier.
  
Tom Bove, an American businessman, spent eighteen years building a formidable reputation for organically produced wines at his family home in Provence, Chateau Miraval. After leaving Miraval, Tom acted quickly to acquire this remarkable property that he had long admired and which happened to come on the market. The estate, although romantically beautiful, was in need of extensive and careful renovation, starting with the land. The south-facing hills were cleared to allow the planting of Syrah and Viognier, with the first harvest completed in 2012.
  
Hand-harvested at full maturity. Hand-selected in the cellar.
  
Fermented in new French oak barrels / batonnage. No added sugar. Clarified by natural sedimentation.
  
Intense and rich aromas of peach and apricot, exotic fruits (pineapple) enhanced by light toasted notes.
  
Taste: Reveals a wonderful full body, with citrus and brioche flavors, perfectly balanced with a touch of freshness.
