The Alziari company, which had been a milling and trading company since 1868, became one of the largest olive oil companies in France under the influence of the Piot family. The Piot family introduced a new profession to the company: that of producer.
  
Today, the Nicolas Alziari company is a small family business of around twenty people whose priority is the quality of its products as well as customer satisfaction.
