- "The Vintage corresponds to the year of the harvest. The youngest Vintages marketed by Maison DARTIGALONGUE have been aged for a minimum of 15 years in 400-liter oak barrels. After 40 to 50 years of aging in wood, they are then placed under glass, in demijohns, to preserve their flavor and halt the decline in alcohol content. Its characteristics evolve from year to year due to aging and the "angels' share" (3 to 4% loss through evaporation each year in wood).
- Nose: Very fine and elegant, with aromas of candied lemon and dried flowers.
- Palate: Good length, combined with delicious aromas of candied fruit. Finishes with rancio notes."
