- "The Vintage corresponds to the year of the harvest. The youngest Vintages marketed by Maison DARTIGALONGUE have a minimum of 15 years of aging in 400 liter oak barrels. After 40 to 50 years of aging in wood, they are then housed under glass, in carboys, in order to preserve their taste qualities and to stop the decrease in alcohol content. Its characteristics evolve from year to year under the effect of aging and the "angels' share" (3 to 4% losses by evaporation each year under wood).
- Nose : spicy notes of candied fruit, which give way to aromas of roasting.
- Mouth : Fairly supple vintage, on freshness.
- Finale on spices."
