In the mouth : Lively, powerful. Initially, it softens with notes of dark chocolate, apricot and candied oranges. Then, leather, mushrooms, lichen, dead leaves bring their autumnal hues followed by a cohort of spices (star anise, cumin, cloves). The finale: Its register is sunny and warm. Fruit jelly (apricot, apple), malt and sherry come together. The fruits end up taking over. The retro olfaction is candied (lemon) and honeyed (lavender). The empty glass is malty and chocolatey."
