"The JM distillery is located in a legendary setting, at the foot of Montagne Pelée, the highest point in Martinique.
  
 This bottle is decorated with a beautiful leather label, as is the case with all 15 years of age of the brand.
  
 It was aged in January 2004, in second-hand ex-Bourbon barrels, according to the tradition of this House.
  
 The first nose reveals sublime candied notes, fruit paste and dried figs. Then, after aeration, it reveals notes of freshly split vanilla pod and others of roasted hazelnuts. Everything unfolds on an elegant woody base, magnified by the cocoa bean.
  
 Mouth : Beautiful roundness and great delicacy. We find hazelnuts, vanilla and notes of jammy fruits. Prune, cocoa and blond tobacco surround the woody notes, thus meeting all our expectations.
  
 Finale : Delicate notes of candied fruit and blond tobacco are revealed to us in the final moments of the tasting."
