- "All the grapes are picked by hand and sorted twice before vatting to ensure a harvest of impeccable quality. Maceration is carried out in a truncated concrete vat, also called a tulip vat. The wines are then aged in 500L French oak barrels for 12 months before being blended.
- An expressive nose of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry). An excellent balance on the palate marked by spicy notes such as tonka bean. The long and refreshing finish is enhanced by menthol flavors. This wine stands out for its aging capacity.
- Perfectly balanced, this wine will be appreciated from a young age but can also wait in the cellar for a few years. It can be enjoyed with beef bourguignon, lamb tagine with prunes, grilled veal with vine shoots and thyme or even Roman-style oxtail."
