"The Domaine du Gros 'Noré, was created by Alain Pascal in 1997. It is located in Cadière d'Azur, this small perched and typically Provençal village, a few kilometers from the sea which faces that of Castellet. the village, there were three Honorés and Alain's father was nicknamed Gros 'Noré, because of his overweight. And this is to pay tribute to his father who taught him the passion for the vineyard and good work. fact that he called his estate Gros Noré The vines benefit from an ideal climate for their development: maximum sunshine, the mistral and humidity provided by sea spray.

Manual harvest at high maturity in boxes. Sorting in the vines by the winegrower and in the cellar to guarantee the best choice of grapes.
  
Fermentation in vats, then aging in oak barrels (foudre) for 18 months.
  
Nose of forest fruits, spices and garrigue.
  
Deep and vertical wine, flavors of red and black fruits and notes of spices."
