"Between pine forest and scrubland, Château Les Valentines extends over 35 hectares in La Londe-les-Maures in the Var between Toulon and Saint-Tropez.
  
The vines have existed since the 1900s, and the harvests were long taken to the cooperative cellar, until the Pons-Massenot family took them over in 1997 to create Château Les Valentines. The name of the estate is inspired by the mixed first names of the children, Valentin and Clémentine.
  
They produce AOC Côtes de Provence rosé, white and red wines on a vineyard from Organic Agriculture.
  
Fine and delicate, Château les Valentines rosé is the emblematic cuvée of the estate.
  
Cold skin maceration and direct pressing.
  
Nose: Fresh and airy with notes of cranberries, pink pepper and fresh spices.
  
Palate: Notes of citrus, exotic fruits and anise star."
