- "The Château de Lancyre is located in the heart of the eponymous hamlet. It is a traditional hamlet built on a limestone hill made of old houses made of local stone. The Château de Lancyre Vineyard in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup appellation.
- The building of the Château de Lancyre dates from the 16th century and is located on a Puech overlooking the hillsides and plains. It houses modern cellars where each vintage is aged.
- The Château is constantly evolving in order to obtain the highest quality vintages.
- Since the 1970s, the 78-hectare Estate has practiced more sustainable cultivation of the vines, using Royat cordon pruning and the trellising system.
- Traditional vinification. Total ageing, 21-day vatting at a controlled temperature (28°C to 30°C). Punching down, pumping over and racking according to tasting. Aging in vats in the air-conditioned cellar.
- The first nose is marked by notes of black fruits mixed with sweet spices. After stirring, notes of cherry, black olive and liquorice are released.
- The palate is round, velvety, fruity, the finish liquorice.
- Very nice length with very melted tannins and a very pleasant sensation of freshness."
